1.Bathroom window is open 2.Room is under construction 3.Bedsheet r dirty 4.There is no tv in the room 5.Ac is running without a remote so within half an hour room becomes very cool and I have to wake up and switch off ac so hall night I don't sleep well 6. Hotel is also under construction & have to go via stairs bcoz no lift available. 7. They don't have a vessel in the hotel maybe,so I have a complimentary breakfast n person give me breakfast in polythene without any vessel that I share a photo with. 8. They mention parking is available but I paid 150 rs. To surat mahanagar palika parking & they not take any responsibility regarding parking.so if u don't have parking facility then why u mentioned in Goibibo website that parking amenities are available. Over all guys I request you plz plz plz don't go n stay in this type of pathetic,dirty & under constructed hotel And yes the name is 7 stars but for me it's not even 1 star. Even when I reached the hotel around 2 pm they gave my room to another person and told me ur room is not available now because we give it to others and there is no room available now. After 1 hour of deep discussion with the Goibibo customer care team they arranged for me 1 room which had all this above problem. Plz guys go to the dormitory hotel it's good maybe but about this hotel don't even think about it.

Rooms are not planned well. Service is so so poor. The major problem is with bathroom they had stuck newspaper in place of a window in the bathroom. Its too dirty. and staff behaviour was very bed .very horrible experience. never ever recommend fab hotel in future to other. there was an empty space instead of a lift which could have caused an accident. How did they manage to get a FabHotel franchise?

very horrible experiance, no toiletaty provided. no towel provided. check out within 2 hrs. very smelly room. ask room freshner. but no result. staff rude behavier, continoues cagarrate smale in room and passage. fan continuoes sounding. rat found in toilet.

Worst experience rooms were stinky and no air conditioning was provided no mirrors in the room and i was charged extra for early checkin even after i had early checkin option available

it was horrible. there was no ventilation from any side i with my family suffered whole night. this was not expected. just check once how horrible is it
