Worst hotel , I ever went to in my life. I pre booked and reached the hotel at night .The hotel was locked and receptionist was sleeping and refused to wake up after a lot discussion he just given the key of the room the room was very small and not cleaned at all. There was no tissue in bathroom and after asking no response was given the staff was very rude hotel was worstttyyyt

My overall experience was good. In this budget, our expectations were met. The hotel rooms were neat and clean although one thing where the hotel staff can pay more attention is the cleanliness of bedsheets and towels. Rest all was good. I would recommend this budget stay for family if they are planning to spend a day or two in Amritsar.

the bed and blankets were unhygienic. seems like never washed.experiance was pathetic the room, bed and other accessories were not at all clean. bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket cover were not at all clean and unhygienic. toileteries were not provided. we had booked a double occupancy room and only 1 blanket was provided.

on first day, the room was horrible... no ventilation in it, shower in washroom was not working ... on persistent demand, it was changed on second day which was much better... also note that there was no kitchen facility in it...
