Not Clean rooms and bathroom Had requested for a single bed since we were travelling with a kid. However the hotel provided us with a split bed, despite the request made before booking.

Mattress quality was bad, water leakage from tap of washroom, full wastage of water, intercom is not working and served hot water to drink in a dirty flask.
