I am surprised and shocked with the behaviour of HOTEL MAX , SHREE SAI PLAZA , DINDOLI --SURAT (GUJARAT) , I booked hotel for 21-22nd september and 22nd -23rd septAfter giving me Room they were telling me to give extra charges otherwise leave the Room , they threatened me to leave the Room by some Lady Receptionist She was calling me again and again , harassed me during the important time of my Company Training .I expect the Refund of 2 days stay in this hotel and want this Refund from Hotel side because of their Nuisance and Pathetic behaviour towards me for asking me extra charges and threatening me to leave the Room immediately .

Pathetic hotel, ill mannered staff. They did not allow me to stay as per my schedule as they were asking additional money for it. Completely horrendous experience ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
