the service is very poor. the linens were dirty, and the bathroom had broken equipment. even water is not provided for free. everything you ask for, gets delivered after half an hour, even a cup of coffee. i chose this hotel looking at the pictures, but this was definitely the wrong choice. the rooms aren't as clean as the pictures. the price was too high for the amenities provided.

1) taken tea in the evening.. worst experience...2) whater in the bathroom from upper floor is continuing dropping in my bathroom 3) room was average, those who are solo travelling and need cost effective rooms or for hourly stay, this hotel is good.4) best thing i feel is staff. they are very polite and cooperative...i must appreciate...

It was comfortable stay and very cooperative staff… specially front desk desk team was very supportive and caring… excellent room service…hotel was located very close to the IT TECH PARK ..rooms are spacious and well maintained..and enjoyed the room service…overall brilliant experience… thank you!

It was so nice to stay in Gaurav Residency, all staff is very cooperative and the food quality is yummy and tasty. I really enjoyed it a lot when I needed anything to be accommodated in Kharadi than this is my 1st choice. I would recommend you everyone should try at least once.

I am not satisfied with the service and behaviour of staff. they are not polite with me. food quality and quantity is not satisfied, if you go then make sure you don't need water or food. because if you asked them for the same, you have to wait atleast 3-4 hours for that.

I recently completed a stay of 3 days at this hotel. The prices were affordable, food was good. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff behaviour was polite. If you're looking for a good place to stay for a few nights then this can definitely be a good option to consider.

Location - On Main Highway, but slight tricky to locate. Safety - Yes It is. Food - One of the best food ever i have. Rooms - small but clean. Bathroom - Very clean & hygenic. Mr. kishor is very humble & helping person.
