Hotel Ghar

Worst experience, I am regretting why I booked this hotel. Reached hotel at 8 PM. There was one *** who was restaurant owner which connects with hotel. He was rude and asked us to call the owner. After speaking to owner he handed over the keys to us. Now the nightmare begins. There was lots of garbage outside room. It was stinking badly. Then inside the room toilet was used and not flushed and was not cleaned at all. Dustbin was not cleaned and was already filled with dirty stuff.Now there was no one whom you can call up and ask to get it cleaned. No attendant , no service. My daughter got I'll at night but there was no one whom I can ask for help. Needed hot water to make cerelac for my baby. It took them 2 hours to get the same. Now in the morning - no water supply. I went down to restaurant. There was one boy working. Asked him is there someone who can check for us. He denied rudely that there is no one..I called up the owner and spoke to the same boy to arrange water. That boy was so rude that he was not even listening to the owner. He later told us that you have booked wrong hotel.. At night you can't sleep as you will keep hearing noise of people working in the restaurant going up and down. Only good thing is that it is bang on scandal point and have a decent restaurant attached to it. Otherwise Mr Owner is not concerned as at this prime location customer would easily agree to pay good if basic facilities are provided.

This hotel stay was like a nightmare that began even before we reluctantly fell off to sleep on a dirty bed that we had cover with our own bed sheets and had to use our own thin quilt that we tend to carry, in our car. Not just the bedsheets, but the pillows and even the synthetic blanket, were all soiled. Toilet was dirty and so was it's floor. Overall it was a clausterphobic hotel, wherein it's only entry, is shutter locked into the night. In case of fire, you would have no escape route, since there is no guard or manager available, in the premise. ..It led to we having to walk a long distance uphill, with our luggage. The owner seems to be a property agent..

Budget hotel on Mall Road, if you go to shimla on a off season. Hotel staff is co-operative with guest in need. If you come to this hotel by toy train from Shimla Railway station, you have to walk minimum 30 mins to reach this hotel, as cab is allowed here on mall road. For breakfast, lunch, dinner everything are available on mall road, just close to this hotel. Thanks Goibibo!

I would not recommend the hotel to any of you. As the attitude of owner was arrogant. I reached to hotel near about 6.00 pm and he has given my room to some other person. There is no pick up and drop out facilities. There is no arrangement of food ,no service boy and over and above it lacks basic amenities also like no Dustin, flush was also broken. Unhygienic rooms shiiii...
