room big size ke or ache dikhate hai or jab hotel par phochte hai tab Hamara room kisi or ko De date hai, or bekar room dete hai, sare hotel ke staff ka behavior Acha nahi hai,room me hot water, mineral water or towel bhi nahi diya jata, electricity ki bhi problem hai, tv or Almari sirf photo me dikhta hai real me kuch nahi hai, isliye galti se bhi ye hotel mat book karna nahi to trip Kharab ho jayega.

Average hotel little but inside of main road no direction towards property needs some maintainance in rooms pool was closed, no food service , no bath amenities were provided, though caretake nilesh was helpful, but one cant even order food from zomato or swiggy, since adress of hotel is way inside main road where online orders dont work. Also hot water wasnt coming from tap

It was total beautiful experience staying at this property. Location is beautiful and situated in center of calangute and candolim. Food was really nice and awesome in taste specially chicken and Nilesh bhai have taken care from the time of checkin to check out and our trip has gone very smoothly

it's very very bad and reseption man aslo taking very rudely they don't have to talk manner s with guest and in room no towels no bed duvet no AC working it's totally bad room please whoever is booking room in this property please dont do booking ur money will get weast ๐

worst hotel ever... very rude people... not allowing you to use swimming pool... not allowed to play music....to hum Goa jate kyu hai ... and enjoy nahi kare to kya fayda... very silent place... request you to dont go there... one of the bad experience... waste of money...

not even a place to stay for a day as the conditions in the room is very pathetic the property lacks power backup and the air condition is also useless lack of amenities and not even clean rooms the walls are very disgusting

If you trying to reach by car then this hotel is not for you. located in complicated space with narrow passages. Parking is kilometer ahead of property. Good thing is room is specious and clean for the budget.

worst experience, management person is very rude, Bed Spread and bedsheets smells very bad. TV is not working, no parking facilities as well, no power backup, power cut for most of the time
