This hotel is Love it or Hate it ambience hotel. Because those who love the traditional houses in Kerala this hotel is for them because the stay here may take you to that old memories. Dont expect a high class type of stay but this is like the name tells Heritage type. You may see traditional type of flooring and ceiling,even ants in rooms, all this can make a person either irritating or loving all this. So choose this hotel according to your preference and taste. This time I stayed alone but I love to stay here with many number of my family members. The guy in the reception is nice and well behahved.

Absolutely value for money located just walking distance from the famous Vadakkumnathan Temple and Thekkinkkadu Maidanam. The rooms were clean, well maintained and cozy. The heritage nature of the room is reflected in the old styled windows, doors and even ceiling. Although a heritage property it had all the modern amenities. Very cozy place. excellent choice if traveling with kids. plenty of vegetarian restaurants nearby. ample parking as well.

Front office Arun was exceptional. Went out of the way to help including booking car with best driver etc. Ensured reasonable cost also. In hospitality such people who are humble down to earth with a clear focus to help customers with smile are assets. Was very receptive for all suggestions. Beautiful property superb location and exceptional vegetarian restaurants next door. Hop in distance to the grand temple.

Reached late(at 1am in morning) but staff person was highly receptive.. Room was upstairs and calm and quiet.. Great ambience all around.. Safe for families.. Room is big enough.. Fresh bedsheets , bath towels provided in room.. Hot water provision in bathroom.. We chose AC room, it was a great choice, i would say.. No mosquito problem.. No disturbances whatsoever.. great place to stay.. 👍

The hotel was really peacful, being in the centre of the city and easy access to renowned restaurants in town. The name heritage do reflect the environment. They provided all the necessary on time and staff was friendly. It was good ambienc without ay disturbance. The only thing i dint like was the bed being two singles drawn together moving aside every now and then.

Very well maintained and a beautiful heritage hotel. Centrally located and quite reasonable. The hotel only provides stay and no food. But 'Bharat restaurant' that provides amazing food is just 10 steps away. Amazing stay.

Traditional themed hotel rooms, 5 minutes drive from railway station and bus stand. Clean rooms,hot water shower. Although the furniture look is traditional, mostly it is all laminate
