very disappointed with the service you gave I booked a hallmark hotel in kathua from your site due to I need ac but ac not working I suggest people not to stay in hallmark hotel .very irresponsible for his service .I have another place to for night stay i prefer because the weather is very hot bit at the time of I check in my room his ac not working and no one is here for any support . very bad service

Don’t stay there staff first refused the booking by saying we have closed the booking later after 15-20 minutes of hustle they accepted that yes booking was done in my name 2 the room I got room was on the highway side whole night I was disturbed by the vehicles passing by and I couldn’t sleep so if you are looking for a good sleep it’s a big No No
