We had booked suit room, however we have been given executive room. Even though we had complaint to hotel management ... we have been denied the suit room. In suit room tea coffee maker and mineral water bottles were complimentary, however we had to pay additionally for the same. Poor & unprofessional approach by management.

The Hotel experience was just pathetic, AC was not working properly, first night there was a Strom outside and the arrangements was such that even the hotel room was full with dust and I was not able to sleep till 3 a.m ,I took a Room type which includes breakfast and dinner, however hotel has charged me for one of the starter I have taken and for mineral water as well which I took at the time of dinner, would not recommend this to any one, pls look for some other better options ! ...

Too interior to approach by car. The room had too much unnecessary and impractical wooden work. No wardrobe. No hooks to hang clothes. The room provided was newly constructed as if we were being used to trial them. The wooden work was coming off on all 4 walls. Flush wasn't working so we asked to shift us to another room. AC took half an hour to throw coolness and kept tripping the whole night. All in all it is just good packaging but hollow with services.
