Hotel Imperial Infinity Inn

Very poor hotel. Hotel staff was asking not to book online and we're quoting extra prizes. Though, I had Booked a deluxe room but hotel staff gave me a classic room by making excuses for the deluxe room that it was not clean and check in time is 12 and the classic room was not cleaned properly, bedding was untidy, bathroom was not clean also smell from commode and there was continuous smell coming from the room. The staff kept fighting all the time. Very dissatisfied and unpleasant stay.

I don’t like the hotel environment, it dirty , looks scary, the price I book in that time is high may be because of Coldplay concerts ! The hotel is just a room to sleep , no food facilities available! The hotel is in fourth floor, the stair is too way dirty water everywhere n stain ! Lift is scary ! Thankfully I stay just for a night next morning I book other hotel to stay ! The pics display looks perfect but.. that’s okay !

Though I conveyed about delay of my arrival room was not ready. I arrived around 6pm and room given at 9pm. Excuse of 15 mins was being asked by the manager, but took 3hr to give me the room. till now even the water is also not being served. This is disgusting when u see such untowards attitude for customers.

The hotel provided a great experience with its affordable prices, attractive lobby, and quite spacious rooms. Additionally, the hotel management and receptionists were excellent, making our stay even more better...
