Stayed here with my family. It's a budget hotel but the rooms are nice and spacious with large, comfortable beds. Though I stayed in a room for two, the bed could easily accommodate four I think. A blessing considering most of the hotels, including the premium ones, have mostly small beds that can barely accommodate two adults. Overall cleanliness is good. No restaurant here but there are many nearby. Very close to the main town, by the side of the state highway itself. The receptionist is friendly and helpful but didn't seem a professional. One of the best things I felt is the air conditioning here.. it actually works excellently.. unlike many other places where the AC just gives some sound and no cooling. The hotel doesn't look too impressive from the outside, but the rooms are worth the money. Actually, having stayed at almost all the hotels in Kothamangalam over the past 5 years, this is the best value for money place in the town I think.

Spacious, clean rooms. Huge beds. Had a comfortable sleep. Excellent, efficient air conditioner. Good location just near the main town, by the side of the state highway. Lot of restaurants in the vicinity. We stayed as a family. Nice experience. Cons are no in-house restaurant, no wifi, no complimentary newspaper.

Spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning and nice, comfy extra wide beds. The beds here are so wide that I think even 4 adults can comfortably sleep on them. Very near to major restaurants, hypermarkets and institutions. Wide beds, cleanliness, value for money, location, bathrooms

Over Priced for a Local lodge, I dont know why they are charging daily rent close to 4 star hotels near by like SILVER TIPS. Room at Iris does not worth more than 600 to 800 Rs per day. Congested parking and sub standard facilities. Do not fall for the lowest price at Kothamangalam.

It's located on the main road itself so locating it was not an issue. The rooms in this property were fab as well, it was very clean & comfortable. Their services were very good as well & their staffs were very well behaved too. Overall I had really good experience staying here.

Great location. All the essential amenities are provided complimentary. One of the most value for money air conditioned rooms I have stayed in. Neat, spacious rooms. The hotel facade does not look great, but trust me, the rooms are totally worth the price. I recommend.☺️

Excellent and quiet atmosphere. A/C and hot water round the clock.The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy accessibility to ATM and public transport. Hospital also nearby.Very clean and tidy. well maintained rooms.

Excellent for families because of the large beds. Haven't seen such wide beds anywhere I stayed. 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids can sleep very comfortably in their triple AC rooms. Excellent.
