Itsy Hotels Shree Anand Dham, Near Prem Mandir

The stay at this hotel was ok ok. The hotel was at good location the connectivity was good. I reached one hour early, i asked for early checkin but the hotel staff first denied and said no rooms available but later they discussed something and asked for extra money to early checkin. I was tired so i had to pay to get a room. I had booked for Super Deluxe room for me and wife but the room i had to stay in was not deluxe. The hotel cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom walls had marks of spitting. Water taps was not proper and clean, toilet seat was not in proper condition. The hotel didn’t had proper backup. Due to heavy rain there was power failure and hotel was not having proper backup. The amenities mentioned was not provided. The food in the restaurant was good. When i offered money they were okay with my late checkout else they said no to me. Only recommended to solo travellers for a shorter stay. Don’t go on fancy pics posted by the staff.

First of all, it’s not a Treebo Hotel. Treebo has concluded there association with this hotel.I consider responsible for showing this hotel as a Treebo hotel. Hotel standards are far below 3 star hotels. Bed sheets were dirty. Washroom was unhygienic.Staff were not trained.Nothing was right about this hotel.

This hotel is not recommended for those who are looking for cleanliness. I found this place very shabby with dirty and poorly equipped bathrooms. The non-responsive staff makes the experience worse. You can keep this as the last resort only.
