The Residency`s Geo Location pointed in wrong place, it is actually located next to Uthamapalayam Court. The Hotel needs to improve or make it organised for parking facilities and make the receptionist more attentive, i am disappointed with them as they gave a fair response.The hotel is clean and tidy have a scenic view best with nature surrounded this location. Overall it is a good stay with reasonable price and comfort for all kind of tourists groups.

HOTEL SITUATED BETWEEN CUMBUM TO CHINNAMANUR. CORRECT LOCATION UTHAMAPALAYAM COURT BUS STOP. CITY BUSES ONLY STOP THERE.AFTER GETTING PERMISSION FROM EXPRESS BUSES DRIVERS, WE CAN GET DOWN.. Hotel is located in Main Road just few kms from Uthamapalayam. Well Maintained and Clean Rooms. Has a good View of Coconut Farm on one side. Newspaper provided in the Morning , good value addition. Must say , an Excellent and courteous Receptionist . Overall good nice Stay.

while booking it shows a 400sq.ft room but actually only 100 sq. ft room it should be corrected otherwise the hotel location is nice for all connections both SH and NH are connected. nearby food and beverages also available.

the room and toilet are not cleaned properly...very dirty and not good for stay with family.. we booked Kerala model room and room size is mentioned as 400sq.ft. but the size is not actual.medium size room only alloted.

Friendly Staff.. He suggested me where to go and in which way to go.. Location was awesome.. 1.5 kms behind this hotel there is a uthamapalayam bridge under that a river is there you can bath there.. AWESOME LOCATION..

It is nice place to stay for a day or so. Location is excellent. Nice view. Food and drinks not available.you need to buy and come. Safe place to stay. Ambient place for car parking. Near to suruli and Magamalai.

Rooms are good, location is fine. Very silent and all amenities near by. Only thing is there is no separate parking area. We have to park in the entrance of the property. Tv not working.
