Joe Beach Resort

After going through a lot of comments many negative and youtube videos, decided to go ahead and try this resort, and the reason we choose we needed open space, a play area, a pool, and a beach all in one place. the king-size bed option in the standard room was not available with the resort and only a double bed was available and we got an upgrade with an extra price for the room and it had a decent size bed and room.And my expectations were pretty less based on reviews and I even carried bedsheets, pillow covers, mosquito mats, and whatnot, but to my surprise, the room was pretty neat, well maintained, and was better than my expectations.They don't have a hairdryer, handwash, etc in the room which could be considered for improvement. room was very spacious and enough hangers, tables, and wardrobes provided to keep luggage and extra mattress can be got with additional charges. complimentary breakfast was very minimalistic but I found it fine and my husband felt the menu is too small. It had idli, Vada, Pongal, etcLet's talk about the property we just loved it. they had a private beach, pools (one under maintenance )one functional, cricket ground(was underwater due to rain), several large lawns, kids play area and a mini zoo -my children enjoyed playing with ducks, hens, rooster, and rabbits, goats which were too shy but they made a wild chase with them(sorry birds) and liked it, the property has lots of plants and greenery. the zoo was something I was looking forward to as our kids love animals and we had dinner by the beach, played in the pool and beach and we had the best vacation enjoyed every bit of property and nature. security was adequate and room service was attentive when called but due to the huge size of the property not everywhere. overall am very happy with the property, also if u need toilet paper u may have to carry it as it was missing. I could have got plenty of options at that budget range but I don't regret the choice. I would recommend it to my friends and would visit again with family and I feel it's underrated or maybe they expected a 4/5 star experience. I was pretty okay with the property and more than happy to enjoy the services.Reception is a bit slow, it seemed like a convent-based property so some patients would be required for check in and check out. They also have a shower near the beach to bath before u reach ur room which is a very good option if u love to play on the beach or get wet. we did make the room pretty messy (due to beach sand) and we regret the inconvenience caused but that's the reason we choose the property to enjoy the beach and watch the sunrise and have a wonderful dinner by the beachside which ✔️☑️💯 making our time memorable.Good job Joe beach resort keep it up and try our suggestions to make it up to 5 star experience.

We had a pleasant stay in joy beach resort. Rooms were clean and spacious. Swimming pool is well maintained. They have a private beach space which is well maintained. Staff are very polite and respectful. Overall we enjoyed our stay at joe beach resort.

Experience was too good, ambiance is very silent and pool water is very clean. food is amazing with chicken 65 + fish fry. staffs are very polite and professional. especially Masthan receiptionist was very helpful and responsible to the guests.

Good option if you want to enjoy a day out in the resort.. Good restaurant ,food is tasty, clean rooms and pool. the resort has a clean private Beach. if you want to visit temples in mahabalipuram better to make room in the town itself.
