Away from the crowd of mcleodganj, nice location, close to nature. Hotel is Average, they need to renovate rooms. Food quality is good. But they need to have lots of activities as resorts usually have. Rooms service can be better. Weather is enjoyable and mesmerizing. It is situated in Naddi village which is 3-4 kms from main mcleodganj.

In a booking of 5 rooms for family members it became Unmanageable to tell some of them to go to other hotel at night. Rooms were very very unhygienic and terrifying.Poor lighting in hotel with cockroach and insects all around .Washrooms were overflowing due to water clogging.......

What an amazing experience to stay in Jukaso palace. I must say the view of Dharamshala can only be seen from Jukaso palace. Also i would like to appreciate Mr. Sanjeev who is GM of the hotel. He is one of the most helpful person. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit.

not clean enough,no power back up, no electricity for long hours,no iron, no milk packs for tea/coffee in the room. room rates were separate for booking with/ without breakfast. no early breakfast available should be adjusted in bill.

The places looks so beautiful but the room that was given to us wasnt that good.. Washrooms are neat and clean and breakfast was also good.. It was a bit costly as compared to the facilities provided

they truly care for their guests,staff is courteous and helpful I asked for hot water for my wife and cow milk for toddler they were very prompt and asked me several times if I need anything else
