HOTEL JYOTHIS REGENCY

Since my check-in on the 3rd October 2023, 12.30 pm , there have been constant power interruptions, and the air conditioning keeps shutting off ( sine 1.30 pm till 2.30 am) . It's currently 2:05 in the middle of the night, and I've had to wake up four times to switch on the AC when the power returns and the connection switches. I brought my two small kids, and my elder child has an important school event tomorrow. We expected a comfortable night's sleep for her, but the AC disruptions have made that impossible. You shoud have atleast implemented an automatic reconnection system for the air conditioner when the power comes back, so that the air conditioner would switch on when power resumes.I haven't been able to sleep properly, and I demand a full refund of the money I paid for my stay, along with compensation for the mental agony and inconvenience I've endured at your hotel.In today's hospitality industry, such shortsightedness is not only foolish but also a sign of a lack of understanding. A hotel cannot simply rely on its infrastructure to provide a comfortable experience for customers. Those who manage the hotel should anticipate customer inconveniences and expectations without guests having to express them explicitly. Once you've accepted payment, don't assume that customers will tolerate any treatment. Guests are well aware of their rights and will demand them. If you fail to provide the expected service, they know how to react. I am extremely dissatisfied. While you label your hotel as a 3-star establishment, you are failing to maintain even the most basic standards from a customer's perspective and expectations.

Booked Deluxe room for 3adults for 4nights stay..Average hotel..room is spacious..I was not happy with room service.the person who came for service did not have a pleasant face...they did not clean the room until we asked them to do..they gave wifi only when asked.please do not book with complimentary breakfast from Saravana bhavan below the hotel...it is useless..they only give a coupon per person which has either 3idli ,1 Vada and coffee or one dosa coffee or one set poori coffee...other than this anything you order is chargeable...only one option not even sufficient..so we paid extra for breakfast..Location is good..their non veg food was good..there are nearby hotels to have good food..and less costly too.Average hotel..Needs improvement Actually for family it is good..need to improve their service or hospitality..their breakfast model is really not welcoming.. Saravana bhavan breakfast is tasty.overall average stay

the restaurant VEG & NON -VEG was really good. The food suggested by the waiter Mr VISHNU in the non-veg restaurant was good and he served it very politely. ADIVASI CHICKEN dish suggested by Mr Vishnu was superb. We loved the idli, vada and filter coffee served in the veg restaurant. Expecting the hotel to maintain the quality of the room, food and service.

although i don't have any pictures of the hotel, there was a small difference between the two rooms we were given—the deluxe room 303 was larger, and the 305 was a semi-deluxe room. the rates were the same. although the rest stay was excellent, the highway touch property left me feeling let down.
