the room and bathroom were neat and clean. however, the cover sheet was a little dirty which they promptly replaced. we booked a super deluxe room for a good balcony view but there is no point in paying the extra. the view from the balcony is just huts with a little bit of mountain. they did not give a complimentary water bottles. the food in the restaurant is good. they arrange the covid camps for our kheerganga trek. the camps are overpriced and not that great compared to others the hotel is in the main market so easy commute.hotel kasol inn super deluxe bedroom

We spent just one night here (16th Oct). Our room was freezing cold. We asked for a heater and we were told that they didn't have any. The semi deluxe room rate for one night was (excl. of offers). The room was small and just next to the reception. The linen was really dirty. I would not recommend anyone to spend even one night here. The stay was not value for money at all. Very inappropriate.

The receptionist was rude and arrogant. The food was good and the staff was also good. The hotel is overpriced They even asked charges for a dental kit.
