Huge property suitable for a family of four or group of friends, all rooms have a fantastic view of the glorious lake and mountains of Lavasa. The caretaker was very helpful and didnt have a second thought to help when I asked for a spare umbrella. Free breakfast was good and timely. All room facilities including linens and blankets were clean despite the rainy weather. The owner Mr. Malhotra was also very polite and helpful despite making a last minute booking. I highly recomnend this place and look forward to comibg back here soon

The best place close to pune. Definitely a picturesque landscape you get with calmness around. The amount of beauty keeps on unfolding with every going moment. The stay offers you every single thing which one might require, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea, extra mattresses. clean washrooms, clean bedsheets, pilow, blankets. Sitting idle in the balcony is enough to get that unmatched wow feeling.

The property is just fantastic. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. Their staffs were very courteous & helpful & all their services were upto the mark as well. Apart from the complementary breakfast which wasn't that good, everything was awesome & my overall stay over here was very satisfactory.

Good apratment in lavasa to stay with family. There are 3 balcony and also 3 have lake view so its so nice to stay good interior kitchen bathroom and also so many hotel gave free delivery in hotel so there is so good. And room and all things are very clean very good in looks its amazing.!!!

great getaway from the hectic daily life..E1 304 room is excellently done and makes us feel so close to nature..artistic excellence..taste of nature..lake view is very freshening.. as no much sightseeing around..could sound maximum time with family and kids..👍👍👍👍
