It was a good and better stay , the owner was kind and the caretaker were good at all work. There was no time boundation for going out and coming back so it was good cons, Had food outside the restaurant, Didn't get time to explore more to know about the stay, mainly it is situated near residential area and near the temples, but there was internet or WiFi facility.

Very nice and courteous family. Rooms are equipped with basic amenities and the property is very new. Maybe few months old. Touching distance from Anjuna beach, 2-5 mins walk to Monginis, CCD, Dominos, ATMs etc.. At a nice location. Though being nearby to every major eatery brand, yet very serene and peaceful with every sound of nature humming around.

i haven't clicked any pictures of the guesthouse. however the host was really nice and caring, the guesthouse was clean and worth the money. they provided us with everything that we asked for the place as well is calm and peaceful and pretty near to almost all the places. will definitely recommend this to others.

If you are thinking to book Don't even think even a second, THE OWNER IS VERY Co-operative.. The rooms are very big almost 6-8ppl can stay. Don't go anywhere. book here itself. I appreciate the Lakshmi Naik. He is very good person. i was very happy for being in such a beautiful place near to anjuna beach

Nice Guest house, very close to Anjuna beach. Cant ask for more very budget friendly. Would surely visit again. Clean rooms with all basic needs AC, Refrigerator, Hot Water, Good Beds.
