Hi Goibibo Subject: Poor Experience with Goibibo Booking at The Leela Grand, Murthal (14-04-25) Dear Goibibo Customer Support, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the booking experience at The Leela Grand, Murthal, which was booked through your platform on 14-04-25. Despite being a loyal customer, I had one of the worst experiences due to subpar service. The issues I faced include: 1. Lack of service 2. No breakfast options 3. Unhygienic conditions I want to clarify that my complaint is specifically with Goibibo's booking process and partnership with the hotel, not with The Leela Grand itself. It seems Goibibo has partnered with unreliable vendors, which has led to this unpleasant experience. I request you to look into this matter and take necessary actions to improve your services. I won't tell anyone to go there. Because the service there is absolutely useless and there is no one to ask. If you order anything there will be none available. There is no one there to clean the room. If you are going out and you have gone speaking! For cleaning, you will get the same room, dirty, they have only 5 to 6 people in total, 2 people at the counter, 1 for room service, no one showed up or came for cleaning, my stay was for two days, I faced a lot of trouble. That too in Leela Grand Hotel

More of unprofessional behaviour by staff....They were calling in mid night for Goibino ratings ...It was surprising that in night they are asking the guest to give ratings. Staff was careless towards comfort of guest ... If you are going with family pl don't opt for this hotel

Stay was excellent n staff was humble n polite really enjoyed the resort it was more than expected. If anyone want to travel surely go for it it is 100 meters near to amrik sukhdev n mannat haveli so no issues with entertainment.
