It's ideally located near MS Ramaiyya hospital in a residential locality. There us no breakfast but having lots of places to eat in a walking distance. Front office staffs are welcoming specially Mr. Raneesh and Mr. Raju. As I follow my own diet regime it's easy as kitchenette is provided mainly basic items like Induction oven, fridge and relevant items. Feel at home kind. Overall it's neat and clean but require a bit maintenance in bathroom shower as it was leaking. Hot water comes round the clock. Mobile signals are clear so not missing calls and free net is provided. A working table and chair is appreciated.

My stay was not at all good in the property. Property has not provided me drinking water on time. The behavior of management staffs and receptionist were not good. The room lock was not working properly. There was a regular power cut off problem. The house keeping staffs and other staffs were good. The location of the property was also convenient for me. Overall it was a below average stay and was not at all value for money.

I went there with a confirmed booking which was confirmed 6 hours before I went there. They deny booking saying they rejected my booking due to overlooking (the hotel looked considerably empty) and after half an hour of telling them that I would not be staying overnight they gave me a room. I don't want to go through this again and owners need to note this.

I stayed for a night and the hotel was really good.Room & washroom was clean didn't take any dinner but I had a tea in the hotel at night since there was a small kitchen. In the morning again I had a tea and prepare a food in their kitchen. Hotel location was nice but little inside.

Excellent stay. the staff were very helpful. very close to Ramaiah. laundry available. kitchen with induction cooker etc. they were flexible with the booking as we had a change of plan. thanks to renees for helping

Good accommodation. Kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooker etc. We can make food.Staff are also very co-operative. Rooms and toilet are very neat.
