Had a wonderful stay. Thanks to the Hotel Management for complimentary upgrading us to Family Suite from Deluxe room. The Hotel ticks all the boxes. Young, Courteous and Energetic staff. Special appreciation for Reception Manager Harish as he is very helpful and also guided us where to visit. Beautiful rooms with breathtaking views of the Snow Clad Mountains, Clean Linen, New furniture, Small Garden and Ample Parking. Food is very very tasty and there is a lot of variety. All inclusions provided. Real value for the money. Safe Property, Clean, Variety in Breakfast buffet, Hassle free check-in and check-out and Beautiful views from the Hotel

you know the room they have given us. the sheets were torn that i have shared in the photos and the bedsheet that they had was torned apart, and if i talk about the washroom, the curtains are dirty as hell, and even if i talk about the toilet seat, it’s kind of you know if you sit on it and move ahead. feel like you will fall down, and this is the worst hotel. i have ever seen. it’s too bad, and if i talk about, almira. i opened it and it smell so bad like a someone died inside it, and i asked for extra blanket and they gave me blanket and blanket was smelling very bad .

Good property. It is Pet friendly. They upgraded us from a deluxe room to a premium for free. Also the food was delicious. Must recommend to all travellers specially travelling with Pets.
