Hotel Mahakal Palace

we booked Hotel Mahakal but we compelled to stay in Hotel Rudrash which is their properties. This happened because the Hotel management is very unprofessional and not updating their inventory regularly so based on availability GOIBIBO took the booking. So we stayed in Hotel Rudrash. Very bad Hotel to stay. Nothing was working. For example Toilet door has handle from outside to lock but there was no hole on wooden frame when complained , the manager repled " it is not their since hotel opened ". In one room rain water was coming on the bed when complained. The Reply was we know but Hotel need Money to repair. Usually Hotel need the Book ID number which either forward to their ID or show them SMS along with ID card. So I did the same. The day we had to left in the morning they demand for hard copy of the Booking ID being mailed to me because they want to know what amount i paid to GOIBIBO because they haven't received any amount from GOIBIBO because of any reason. They stopped us and not allow us even to go Mandir for worship despite all the luggage were at their hotel rooms. I would really would like to thanks GOIBIBO customer care exicutive Godwin who took hardly 10 minutes to resolve the issue. So i will not recommends my known to stay there and also request GOIBIBO not take booking for such unprofessional hotel. Because we know you not Hotel.

We have visited Ujjain for Mahakal darshan and we stayed at hotel Mahakal. But unfortunately our experience was not that great which we were expected. First, room cleaning is not up to the mark and mainly bathroom and bath fitting was very bad and not working properly. After so many complaints they change shower of the bathroom. We recommend every one that if you want to stay near Mahakal mandir then you should have to compromise with accmodation because near Mahakal temple you will get these types of accmodation. And for food we recommend SATYUG RESTAURANT for food either north Indian, south Indian, or chienese every thing is outstanding in hiegene or quality. They are best near Mahakal temple.... Very bad hotel , I will not recommend my friends , I also request Goibibo to not keep such bad and unprofessional hotels in their panel. Problems I faced - Toilets dirty , toilets doors were damage and we used bed sheets to cover while using toilets. Staff were very rude when complained about number of visible problems I received unprofessional reply - please give us in writing in future we try to solve all issues because we unable to find. There was issue with GOIBIBO in transferring the amount they stopped us going out even for the Mahakal darshan in the morning. Thanks to Goibibi executives resolve the issue in 10 mins.

The guy on reception denied to give me room..He said we do not have rooms available, i called the no provided in the booking confirmarion text..den aftr a long discussion they allowed us to check in. I was keep asking to dem nd now asking to you guys as well if I already paid for my booking which is non refundable den why the guy on reception was not allowing me to check in. He was uneducated and also taking rudely for the same...It took almost 1 hour, I waited for 1 hour to check in. They guys keep saying dat rooms are booked..
