budget hotel but you can find better hotels with more amenities in lesser price. big property with lots of rooms and good for very large groups that need to book on the spot but not for small group or couples. room are bit old swimming pool water is not clean. rooms have mosquito's and hotel don't provide goodnight even on request, though they provide hit but it will leave ur room smelly. Alu paratha during breakfast was surprising good. hotel accommodated lot of indian travelers via tour booking (multiple bus full of folks) but not foreigners and caters to Indian crowd. check out is 10am which is very early as compared to similar price hotels which provide 11 or 12 checkout.

The in-house new year party which includes extra ****** **per person was not mentioned anywhere when I booked the ticket . And this extra new year party is a mandatory which ,if we don't pay , they won't let us check in the room. I called them plenty of times before arriving there, noone answered. And even in the booking site , they have mentioned about 2013 new year party. So overall... This is not a good place to stay.. Just another pirate ship. Never enter this place

Iss hotel ki location thorde andar ki taraff hai toh dhund ne mein thordi problem aati he hai..waha bikes hire kar rakhi thi..toh ghumne phirne mein koi problem nhi aayi..waha humein service and khanna kaafi acha tha toh koi dikkat nhi huyi kissi aur cheez ko bhi lekar...mujhe toh sab kuch pasand aaya apne hisab se.

experience was horrible,i found lizard and cockroach everywhere in room,room was too smelly, unhygienic ,you can see in photo ,staff also not professional, service guy was drunk when i asked him for help, toilet doar not close properly, gallary was so dirty and smelly,u can see in image .

Rooms are very spacious... but we were not provided the lake facing rooms....in house wine shop which is a plus...... little off baga beach .. so make sure you have your vehicles.. overall a good experience

Although we have confirmed booking, hotel management denied to allot rooms. Due to Diwali season we faced trouble to get another hotel. I don't recommend the hotel.

My experience was pretty bad. The rooms were odoring of dampness, were not sanitised and AC was creating constant noise. Shabby look, pathetically maintained
