I had booked the hotel almost before 1 month however when we reached at the hotel the reception manager said rooms are not booked at their end.after standing for one hr at reception with my mom who is 65yrs old we gott the room... rooms were very clean and room service was very quick n attendtive.. food was good for very low price.. however the reception manager was not very helpful n supportive to us *
