Pathetic experience with Shri Naman hotel.I never had such pathetic experience during my frequently travel experience in last 20 years.Towels, Bed sheet, Pillow cover was very dirty. Replaced those was also dirty as attached pictures, no cleaned wash of liners and pillow covers.They are not providing all the items mentioned in the list of Includes likeToiletries, Toilet paper, Slippers, hand sanitizer, cleaning etc.They are not providing Bath soap and Shampoo and that was not mentioned in description.Only one small soap for hand was was provided for 4 occupancy.We booked single room for 4 occupancy and provided Queen size Bed was very tiny for 3 occupancy, they denied to provide an extra beds even with extra charges, so one of family member was sleeping on floor with bath towel and the same bath towel was used for bath because they are not providing extra bath towel.Single bed was divided into two parts which was very uncomfortable, no other options was available for replacement.They had provided only 3 bath towel for 4 people and after long argument they have provided total 4 bath towel.Restaurant was very unhealthy and dirty.all table mats was not cleaned, food was dried on table mats and table top, even chair was not getting cleaned.Bathroom for staff is In restuarant area and one of male staff member has changed his 🩳 in front of my wife and daughter after coming out from the bathroom with only towel on body, this was the most embarrassing experience of the life.Only two things was liked, Hot water and size of Bathroom.Overall experience was terrible.People can book this property who likes lots of arguments, unhealthy environment, unhygienic material and foods, dirtiness and especially deals with pathetic people.Dirtiness, unhygienic foods, sleeping experience, dirty liners and rowels and pathetic behaviour of staff.

This is with great regrets i have to write this on 7th october i got a called from someone name Sunny stating that tgey have changed our hotel booking from Hotel Shri Naman to Gopi Vallabh which even does not have a restaurant. The reason provided was that there is a Morari Bappa saptha. Later when we asked for refund he denied and informed that tge alternate hotel arrangements is good. But Gopi Vallabh does not have cleaniless or anything like that. I booked for 3 bed they are giving me double occupancy small room then they gave me 4 bed charging me extra for 2k. No breakfast at first then they stated that they will arrange. No facilities and nothing. No doubt it is nearby to Temple . But honestly very disappointed . I asked for refunds so many times none gave me instead. Cleaniness. Extra charges.

Located on a narrow road. Parking facilty not available. Restaurant in the fifth floor provide good food till 10.30 pm. Coffee, tea served in the room early morning from 5.30am. Autorickshaws available to go to mandhir at reasonable rate. People visiting srinathji temple must visit Krishna kannaiah temple( Mirabai mandhir) about five km from the hotel.

Room was without window, as not same shown in pic. bedsheets, pillows and quilt was full of hairs and dirty. ac was not working properly. no complimentary water bottle. only supplied water was provided. lot of electricity cuts. Not good for stay, just for piligrimers, who come and go. overall not a satisfactory stay.
