Condition of room was OK, bed sheet and pillow covers were not properly washed, no geyser in bathroom, toiletries were not provided by the hotel, in washroom bucket was not there. In short my experience of this hotel was terrible and I request the hotel management to improve the facilities.

very bad experience.... 3rd class hotel,no water cold,no telephone in room,nothing is avilable in the washroom evn no tea or any snakes are avilable i will not suggest to choose this hotel not even at low cost. guys dont choose this hotel.

Hotel room was not so clean . Continues running water inside bathroom. But behavior of staffs were good and they were so polite. Location of hotel is good and from the room also one can get good view of Ganges and mountains.

First of all room service very bad, tv not working,,no mirror, no shower, fan sounding very irritating, overall looks like general poor class room. I want refund. Railway station is better than that room.

Nice Location Food isn't available but they offered one home service menu We checked in late , but no problem on that Room is on 4th floor , clean Hot water available Overall nice budget stay

Staff is good and cooperative.. But there is no canteen available in the hotel so its better to have food outside rather than ordering from the menu given by hotel staff..
