Rooms are small, pest control has to be done, lots of cockroaches moving in the room. It's near to the town. Food is good - home made types with 2 sabji,dal rice, Parothas, chicken gravy. Room service not good..beds & blankets are untidy. Hosts are not friendly. TV was not working inspite of informing them again & again. we hv to remind them for water bottles. You can hear clear conversation from next room as the bathroom is half open & wall is common.Overall not happy with the stay.

This home-stay is really pretty. It has beautiful lawn, gardens and lovely flora! It is located slightly away from the main Chikmagalur city; which is why it is quiet and tranquil. Early mornings were blissful with birds chirping and fresh air. Our room had a balcony which opened to a breath-taking view. The room had a T. V., fan, clean washroom with a gyser. The only thing which could have been better were service and food. All the places for sight seen are near by.

Third class service.. room and bathroom was smelling very bad.. and don't ask about service it's pathetic.. everything we need to call them and get like towel, water ,soap, shampoo fillup.. that should be done before the guest login.same I shared feedback to supervisor Mustafa.. and more over he is also irresponsible when i asked about TV. and breakfast is a joke..only one or 2 breakfast items.. i would have cancelled this login if it was not non refundable.

Wonderful experience! Very good place, absolutely clean, amazing setup, comfy bed, good food, peacefully and nicely maintained... no complaints at all. Good place for family as well n Value for money. Food was also delicious. Appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff. Arun is a great host... he was a step ahead always in helping out very much cooperative and helpful. Overall awesome place to stay with friends & Peaceful ambiances!

Staff and service are really good. Good food for vegetarians. They provide Barbeque with 1000/- charge. But it is worth. Parking space is limited. So if u are going with your own vehicle, please ensure that ur vehicle gets the space. Ambience is awesome. The place is not far from city, so u can get anything required easily. Nice place.

It's a good property but poorly maintained ,treatment by property management was unsatisfactory.Rooms having mosquito issue, bedsheets and other room amenities were dusty, TV doesn't have remote, no dustbin in room, and so onIt can become a great place with existing amenities if attitude of management is customer centric

Good rooms, good outdoor and cooperative people but some issues Wifi only in common area, not working in rooms, Tv channels out for a day. For another one day, they couldn't manage sports channel for India match Geyser bad quality and don't get hot water Outdoor area, continuous mosquito comes and drop in food

Bed bugs, cat hair on blanket , unclean beds , bathroom is not clean , commode flush had heavy leakage, wifi is so weak that it is as good as not having a network at all . It may do better if maintained well . I wouldn't recommend this place as for the way it is now.

Nice staff, the interior and common space of the homestay are really nice with lots of garden area, the homestay is not on the mountain but it is in between mountain and city thus city and mountain both are nearby. So Swiggy, Zomato both are working there.

Mountain Valley is a very good home stay with courteous staff. Ambience of the home stay is good.Rooms are maintained well. they offer buffet lunch / dinner with decent quality food. do not have much of options for food. Overall it was a good experience.
