One of the best hotels of Ongole. This one is a gem, just fallen short of few things, so I had to rate it 4. Pros: Good location Cleanliness Staff quite courteous 24 hours check-in is permitted in this hotel, i.e. let's say if you check-in at 5 pm in the evening, you can check-out next day at 5 pm. This used to be the norm in India few years back, but western culture crept in our hotels and now check-in and check-out are not flexible. Cons: 1.Very few car parking slots, if all slots are full then we need to park in the road. 2.Complimentary buffet breakfast has few options, mostly Indian food items, can be better. 3.A couple of amenities like pool, travel desk, etc could have been incorporated

Location of this hotel was great & also it was very clean hotel with excellent hospitality; staff were too cooperative. But there was no in-house restaurant in this hotel even the complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark.

The best hotel in Ongole.Spacious room, comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Okay breakfast, Nice Staff. Had a pleasant stay. This hotel has limited parking slots ,but was lucky enough to bag a space. Overall a nice experience.

Good hotel newly renovated , good location and rooms are also good , but there is no restaurent in hotel , so have to go outside for food . Service staff is also bare minimum.
