This is the 2nd time I visited this place and it got better than the first time. Everyone was very helpful in the staff especially Mr. Tiwari who was very polite and well behaved. My friends who came for a weekend getaway from Delhi loved the stay and hospitality and politeness of the people at Sagoun Resort. It was an amazing experience once again especially in the time of pandemic! The staff took proper precautions where needed. Too be honest at this price and this level of service, you can't get enough! Who needs private resorts when our MP tourism is providing us with such a good option. A lot of thanks to Mr Tiwari once again. I have attached a selfie of us with him as a token of thanks for him. We enjoyed the stay as the service and the location was amazing. so close from the city, you can never know that there are hidden gems in our beloved state. we came for the forest, we got one and a lot of memories 😊

Experience was ok-ok, we have experienced twice in a year that we didn't get rooms for staying next day due to not proper communication or preference, feels like treatment of guest changes according to status of guests. But i like the behavior of staff was decent and nice. food was ok ok, we usually travelling in that area regularly, hope to get better treatment next time, else everything was ok.

Pretty Good infra despite the hotel being managed by the government. u will find it better. Neat and clean. The only cons are the food menu is common to all MPT and you will not get all on the menu. price wise and location wise ( jungle trail behind and farms in front ) this is such a beautiful property on the main road yet in mid of jungle.

Awesome place to visit with friends or family at affordable prices. The staff was super polite and professional. The food was very tasty as well. Though the pool wasn't operational, we enjoyed wildlife Safari through gypsy which was an awesome experience.

This is a perfect place who want to spare some time away from city. Well maintained room n nice room service. staff was also very cooperative. Food quality is also good, even we can't expect such tasty non veg, but it was. Worth for money.

Restaurant was available. Staff was co- operative. But there was no swimming pool,gym,spa and garden. Free Wi-Fi was not available. In terms of security it was good.
