Hotel was booked on 18/02/2020 to 20/02/2020 But receptionist was given to another guest and amount had been collected from the said guest. I reached at Hotel on 19/02/2020 but while I check in said there was no room and he provided after 1 hrs later which is very bad experience in MR PLAZA . I recommended to take straight way action against staff who was on duty on 18,19 & 20.

For single room accommodation, it is difficult to stay. The partition between is not so good, for that one room's sound is echoed to other room. My next room's person comes to me & ask me low my TV's sound becouse of this.

Room condition is so bad.They have not mentioned all the terms and condition in your site.Value for money,i will say no.With the same price, we can get better hotel in Tinsukia with direct booking of Hotel.

Good hotel and value for money bt watchout for cctv cameras inside the room..it watches 24/7 so beware but all in all a good hotel to live bt it has an issue of privacy

Hotel is in a perfect location. hotel is good for boys only as bathroom is not attached. Booking is good if online discount is available only.
