A spacious place situated in one of the most scenic locales, the MTDC Malshej resort is a joy! One can move around, feel clutter free and enjoy the serenity of the mountains around. Children loved the huge space in which they could run around. Food at the Flamingo restaurant is good value for money and the cleanliness is adequate, if not top grade. We felt that a wonderful place like this is highly understaffed. The restaurant was full and guests had to wait for at least an hour to order and finish meals since there were just two people serving and two chefs cooking. They did their best to cater and were clearly overworked. The resort needs repair and maintenance too. We loved the experience and will visit again.

The hotel is at an awesome location, secluded with scenic Vista around. Communication is deplorable with no Airtel connectivity, no wifi in rooms especially Valley facing ones. But it was a welcome change. Since it is MTDC, the place was pitiably maintained. Will add to charm if repairs done. Room was unclean under bed, hotel linen could have been cleaner. Flamingo restaurant offered ok food at ok cost. Overall enjoyed the view and the isolation.

overall it was good, 1. however the roofs are leaking, i am not sure it is just started raining what will the situation be if it is too heavy. 2. we have taken room for 3, the additional bed they gave was smelling so badly, we had to return it back. 3. may be the food in the kitchen had to monitored specifically not to mix nonveg with veg

the so called super deluxe room, was just basic, the mattress, blankets and linen were too worn out and sheets and pillow covers were not renewed after previous use. food was average. TV never worked as the weather was foggy. taking photos was not possible due to extremely thick fog and heavy rains all the time we stayed at the property.

Good for an escape from urban hustle bustle. This property has great potential to be made as a fabulous place to stay. Lack of maintenance and service professionalism is evident. Cafeteria service leaves a lot to be done. Pluses: Ample parking. Quiet surroundings. A lot of space to walk around. Nice view, especially sun set.

While the food and general amenities provided by the hotel were splendid, the mattress on the bed was absolutely terrible. The mattress was hard as a rock and was akin to sleeping on the ground. Sleeping on the mattress gave me severe body ache on the next day. The bed was outright terrible.

It was a good experience but the property needs renovation! The staff is co-operative but the complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark! There was only misal pav as an option, at least add poha to the list! The location of the property is a big plus point!

The place is very good.we have visited during heavy rainfall & it was too difficult to go outside due to continues storms. We all have enjoyed the nature there. But they need to improve their restaurant/food service. The place is amazing with valley views

Ample parking space. Food is really great. Rooms are spacious and are ok. vally view is worth. Best thing is the location and area. It's a table top of the plateau and view of ghat is picturesque.

Overall experience is very good. Room was clean and spacious. Washroom was large. The thing I liked the most is the view from the balcony. The property needs little more maintenance.

Huge property that is not managed well by authorities. Rooms are of poor quality, with broken doors, peeled painting, misaligned locks, etc. Insects everywhere.

It's in such an amazing location but with horrible maintenance. Except for the restaurant staff, other support staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested.
