The room was decent. Clean and tidy. The cheapest room is on the third floor with no elevator. We had to climb 3 flights every time. The reception staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the property is in a very narrow road. It took us 30 mins just to find the exact location. The property is shown near Laxman jhula but it is actually far from it. Search the hotel on google maps and don't search it. They have not updated the exact location of the property. Rest all was good and decent.

Pros: Service. Cons: Infra. Room had one window which opened in the hotel staircase due to which there was no privacy. There was one small mirror in the washroom. They should understand that ladies need to get ready, it would have costed them 300-400 only to put up a mirror inside the room. The washroom basin had water clogging issues in it. One day they folded and gave us the same towel after cleaning the room. Poor wifi and power cut issues due to which AC got switched off.

yes found this place to have the most comfortable bed I've slept in for 7 weeks in India.. hot water and the friendly service from Madan at the front desk was very helpful. A great walk to the Gunga & across foot bridge, or through markets & along the Gunga River. Take tuktuk back as the hill is some climb. Varity of cafes around .. it's a bit hidden so ask directions from Pepper tree.

It was nice experience stying at budget hotel first time. Everything was perfect, the staff, Room size and Clean and hygiene. Staff are really good and helpful. Near by to main location and you walk to ghats. Definitely a great options for budget segment tourist.

the services was not so good. power cut happens 3-4 times a day, which should be rectified. we requested to refill the shampoo and body wash else, it was not done before. bed, light, cupboard was good to use.
