Arriving at Agra at 7 pm, me and my wife took an auto rickshaw and the driver had scared us by saying not to check into this hotel as there had been a religious riot that took place in the hotel couple of days back and it is shut and police keep raiding the place. He said the hotel was closed when he saw it that morning. He had said he will take us to a better alternative. We decided to check further. On alighting another auto person cautioned us as well. We then decided to reach the adjacent police chowky and the policeman assured us its a safe place and nothing of that sort happened. Another person having a shop adjacent also said he was unaware of any such thing.. It seemed the auto guys wanted to con us for some commission from another hotel. We checked it n there was a birthday party going on there in first floor and saw 4 families and 1 individual had already checked in for the day. Room was very decent n comfy. Even though my wife saw a better room while walking out. We ordered food once and was really good in taste n quantity. No water provided in room. The doors are not sound proof and you get to hear sounds from other rooms, sometimes when another room is knocked u get a feeling someone is at ur door. Room service was quick. Overall i would recommend surely if you are a budget traveller as it was completely VFM

Good hotel near by bhagvan talkies that famous chowk. Staffs are good and helpful. Kitchen is there but due to covid situation not working. Good to stay.

Location is good. Room was good in size. Staff was polite and cooperative. Overall this is good hotel.It is value foe money. I will stay there again.
