First of all you need to climb three floors. Service is circumspect. Room is a cramped one but the money I paid may justify. I did not stay in the night but to compensate the receptionist had allowed me to have an early check in at 1950 Hrs instead of 1100 Hrs. Towels, bed-sheets and pillows need to undergo a lot of changes. Toilet mirror has to be cleaned or changed. The tea was good. No amenities at all. So no comments. I did not use the soap the hotel gave and it was not good.

world's most poorest hotel it is. I booked it for 1 night for 2 adults ( me and my female friend) so the manager told me that girl was completed her 18 age before 6 days so can't give the room and my all money was spent in it. i have paid there are no option to choose cash payment. so my all money was spent and they didn't give me the room. so, it is very bad hotel😡

Memories Hotel was nice and their staff was also very cooperative ,,, their location was so good of on hills ,,, time to time they served buckets of hot water for bathing without any extra charge ,,, food was so tasty even they arranged a 4 wheeler for visiting different places in darjeeleng ,,, we really enjoyed their service and cooperation .

location was not good.hotel is on 3rd floor and no lift service to reach.room are very small.and bathroom was not clean.its one type of guest house not a hotel.

Very old building. They arrange breakfast from outside and after 8:15 am only. Rooms are small . Toilet are dirty. I will not suggest this hotel at anyone.
