The hotel is near main beach. Houses in house restaurant also. But i faced a lot of issues while staying. Every night, around 2 am, the ac will automatically stop. my sleep got hampered on both the days. They have some mechanism to stop ac at that time from outside i guess. Else its not possible to stop ac at exactly same time every night. Once up from sleep, i cant sleep again. I have video of the entire situation. if you want i can share. Also, i have found cleanliness issue in the room. I have found a bunch of hair tied to the leg of the bed. Sharing picture of that as well. Television also have only the free channels. Even sports channels are not subscribed. Ac is the biggest problem. It hampered sleep of everyone. Also in the toilet, there is a huge gap above. The adjacent room people can peep into our toilet if they want. That's a privacy and security issue as well.

I had a very pleasant stay at Nimmu House. It's location is awesome. Very close to the bus stands, markets and famous temples. Also it is one of the few decent places at the main beach. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities. The bathrooms were super clean. A special shout out to all the racks and hangers that were present. The sea facing rooms offer a decent view of the sea. This is the best point to start the hike for all the beaches in Gokarna. The in-house restaurant offers delectable dishes at affordable prices. Also you have a sea view from the restaurant. The owner and staff were very cordial and accomodating. They help with you directions and other info. The hotel also has ample parking space. I definitely recommend this hotel for people travelling with both family and friends.

Hi, we have an awesome stay over there. Location is good. just 2 min walk from main Gokarna beach. All main temples are nearby. ample parking space. CCTv camera for security. all are very good. rooms are good and clean. Mr. Amit (owner) is very helpful. Even inhouse food is also good. Only cons is he is taking damn time for serving. but we too find solution to that: a) order food and come back to room. go after 30 mins and yupee food is ready. b) nature of all are very good. so order food and do some GUPSHUP with friends over there. overall 5/5.

Wonderful Budget-friendly stay at Gokarna, 2 mins from the beach. They have their own restaurant, food can be ordered through room-service, No restrictions, Very helpful owners.. Thanks a lot One can have beer watching the sunset from the balcony itself, They have all arrangements. No need to walk much,surrounded with other eateries and shops.

Perfect for a family stay. Near to main beach.In town situated property, more of home like feeling, Its home away home. As name sounds u feel like home. Not for looks wise. but safe, convenient .Food is good.Loved aloo Paratha, but not many options. we have to be satisfied in what we have that is the quote we keep in mind.

An amazing place to stay in Gokarna...very near to the beach and temples....rooms are really good with beach view balcony and super clean...inhouse restaurant is good...car parking available.. owner Mr Amit is really polite and well behaved.....ideal for staying with family...

All was fine from services to facilities. One main issue that we faced was lack of water supply in the washroom. However the room and the washroom was clean and the washroom also had proper toiletries. The location of the property is walk-able distance from the sea beach.

The location was very convenient, it was nearby a beach. The room was very small & not at all spacious. The food was good too. The place even have it's own parking area as well & the best part is they even have CCTV cameras installed here for safety purpose.

The hospitality in this property was great and so was the location. The services we got by the staffs were too good but the main concern was the rooms, as the rooms were just pathetic. There was a restaurant in this hotel which had nice quality foods.

My stay was competent as the location of the property was easy to locate.Both the room & the washroom was clean and hygienic. Staff had a good behavior. Free WiFi facility was there. Overall it was a comfortable & worth the price experience.

Nice stay. Staff is excellent. Very near to the main beach which has excellent shacks. Near to some sunset points as well. Also offers a peak into the old school lifestyle of the narrow streets of Gokarna.
