Bad experience... Cons: (1) They offer accommodation of 2 Adult + 1 Child up to 14 years of age in one room on MMT etc online platforms, but size of Bed is not big enough if child is with considerable height and body... In our case 3 rooms were booked. In 2 rooms child were ajusted, but in one room, we couldn't adjust 2+1 child in Bed. We requested to do needful, but they gave the option of an extra bed with high charges directly... They should help in such occasional cases, but don't... (2) N ...more

Staff is courteous and resort is very neat & clean. But they gotta up the game, compared to price they are charging. There was no fan (ceiling or wall or standing) in the cottage. To be in the AC is not a good idea the whole time. There was no hot water in the shower. Plus around the pool, drain grill was broken on most of the place while water was not that clean. Honestly, it was not worth the money! We could have found a better place in this amount. I am fan of the design as well as view, hence choose it, but makes me regret it deep down.

Property Ambience was good, But rest of the things are not upto mark. Only Amenities was swimming pool. Swimming pool was unhygeinic,poor maintainece, no any supervision, outside people washing their hands, throw water bottles and other waste inside.No changing room and shower facility near at pool area. Room was good but lacking basic facility like hot warer to bath, missing toiletry as well as door mates. LOCATION Also at remote area, in this budjet or amount of pay, we can get much much better options at location in Rajkot.
