The hotel rooms are awesome and couple friendly, also there is a facility for food in the hotel premises where there is home cooked food available. The place is very clean and also there is swings for kids and adults to relax. The hotel provides you with basic facility for towels, soap shampoo and also they do come and clean up the room. They also offer packages for water sports and the people are very co-operative. The hotel also provides you with 2 wheeler facility on daily charges and petrol to be filled by us. The place over all is awesome and also close by to the market place. Do try Misal pav once at the hotel it is amazing and they do have a variety of veg and non veg dishes they serve and reasonable prices

Over all a good place. Beach is at walking distance. Staff is very cooperative. Spcly Ragoba the care taker. Always ready to help you. Food z home made delicious. Veg/ Non-veg both r good. Never miss the sea food. you will lick ur finger with the pomfret fry and surmai fry. For scuba diving and other activities you don't have to go here and there. At the resort you will find everything. they will come at your place to take you for the activities. Over all a very good experience. Location - 3.5/5 Cleanness - 4/5 Food -4.5/5 Staff - 5/5 Thanks to Mandar and entire team for their good gesture. Looking forward for 1 more visit very recently.

Our experience was really nice with Nirmittee. the staff is very co-operative, to name Raghoba was always there for every help needed, owner Mr. Mandar keenly looked into all the requirements himself with prompt service. Cleanliness is excellent over here , the food place, kitchen was very clean and tidy. food quality was very good especially if you like local malvani cuisine. Location of hotel is excellent with 2 mins walking distance to beach (Wayri beach..clean and secluded) and well connected to all other beaches and location since it is centrally located. A must try hotel, will revisit for sure.

Don't book this during holiday season. I had no option as it was peak season and I had to pay more than double of regular tariff. Bed was old and in bad shape. Linen was old though was washed. People managing this place are good and prompt in service. It is 3.5 km away from Tarkarli beach and 6 km from Devbaug.

the overall experience was very good...the malvani people are good and helping nature..malvani food quality was good and tasty...property caretaker are also caring and have not seen rudeness....will definitely plan to visit malvan again...this place is better than goa

Stay was very bad. No hot water. Not proper parking place. Manager was always drunk and couldn't even speak many a times. So you can imagine the level of service. Vegitarian food vas also not good except some items for breakfast. Only location of the stay was bit good

Great place to hangout near Tarkarli. Clean rooms and very near to Wayri beach. The food was just awesome. superb malvani home taste. Veg and non veg both are just delicious. In love with the food at this place.

location is good but not the room. They could have provided a teapoy and a proper chair , one or two glasses . Food provided is also not that good. Service is okay. Same as above
