Nirvana Patio

Very bad service. Hotel not transparent about term & condition. No Amenities for Guest. They only entertain Club members only. There are restrictions like, You can't take pictures , no water service to room. There is no RO water facility. they only put a water dispenser at lobby. you need to fill water for there. if you want water to provide to your room it is chargeable.There is no buffe Lunch. The lunch at ala a- Cart basis. They only provide dinner buffet. it is not mention. you only play Tennis or squash when you have your own racket. it is also not mention. you need to Bring you own towel for swimming pool. if you ask towel at swimming pool it is chargeable. The food was not best but ok type. The waiter serve to your table if you are a club member only. They are providing more priority to members. Limited option in Buffet Dinner and Breakfast as compared to other Resorts at their price range in Gurugram location.Check out time is 12.00 Noon , however hotel management ask us to vacate room by 11.00 AM. This is also not mentioned correctly.we went there in Group of 8. all of us came dis satisfied. Will recommend not to visit this place.. there are better option available in Gurugram.

It was my first visit to Nirvana Patio. It was a very good property. Large, spacious room and present at a convenient location. However, the staff can be trained on being more customer friendly. Though they werent rude, but they missed out of living up to the expectation of the property. Also, during breakfast, the staff in the cafeteria were understaffed and the service was delayed, even though there were not more than 10 people. I had to skip my coffee as i could not find them in the vicinity for a long time.

Poor quality stay definitely not a 4 star property. According to staff the property only has 1 room with a double bed rest all are Twin Beds they will join it for you at request but it is really not that good experience for couples. Not recommended for couples, overall stay was also not that brilliant neither the services The Property has an excellent infrastructure but lacks maitainance. Floor tiles were cracked and Sofas and chairs were dirty and had holes in it.

Rooms have doors in between. So if you have a dance and entertainment troop practicing next door drinking and smoking throughout the night .. just imagine what would be the plight of your sleep. The whole smoke is in your room ...These dance troupes practicing i believe is a regular feature. Moreover a disinterested staff and a lousy breakfast is just you need to kill your trip for sure. Just avoid staying here.
