IT IS NOT A RESORT; IT IS JUST A HOMESTAY.Pros: Only the guys to wish to booze outside can stay here.View from the portico is good.Cons:This homestay is located in the area where there is no facility for cabs due to robbery and man handling around this area (after Khadakwasla) as per the cab drivers information.It is worth giving just around ₹1000 per room if anyone wants to stay against we paid around ₹ per room per night (waste of money).No AC but Air Cooler.No safety to the family as there is no grills around and uninhabited area.Whatever they claim as Swimming pool, that can be said as water tank as you can't swim neither your kids due to its size and depth.Home stay entrance looks like Garage and you will be in a shock at the first time and no name board.You don't have option to get refund if you wish to cancel once you book. Either you have to let the money go away or you have to stay. No option for reducing the number of days against the days you book.There is Geyser but no hot water at all.No daily housekeeping and no proper maintenance.Conclusion: You will get many good hotels and resorts near Katraj and Swargate. If you want stay near Khadakwasla also, you'll get many outstanding hotels to stay safely with family and friends.Think before you book if you are an outsider.

The few positive sides are service attitude by care taker, location and food (dinner was paid and very expensive.Gave small qnt of b/f) There are no signage's on the way. Google map took us at the right location but we were confused because resort (?) was locked from outside and no name board was available. Since it was remote location,no human being was there to ask. This property is neither resort or farm house and not worth to pay for one night without any food. Very congested property and there is no open space to move around. There were many flies in the room which gave us a big irritation. Frequent and longer power failures and inverter capacity was inadequate. Overall not great experience in below average resort.Not worth for kids

Nice location near Khadakwasla dam. Food & service was good. Perfect place for outing near pune city.
