Worst hotel ever experienced in Delhi. My booking was for 2 days, and I was out of hotel for some work and in the beginning of 2nd day only the owner threw my luggage out of hotel without asking me. The owner and the staff don't have manners to talk with the customer and also they were asking me extra money even though I have paid the money and using abusive language against the customer. Also we can't bring even water bottle from outside and they charge double of everything whatever they give from their hotel.

super bad experience. they charged me 1500 extra. i had to pay as i had no choice as it was late at night and i had my exams in the morning next to the hotel. denied breakfast saying it not there in their booking ticket from OYO. ...
