First of all the property denied for the check in then the hotel people asking me to pay the extra money, I have paid and got the room them in the morning unnecessary disturbance Breakfast🍳☕ as you can see in the images. I have never imagine that type of food will be served for me. Room Stinks floors are not clean even bed covers not changed before the guest arrival. For the mattress they even not removed the polythene packing which gives a feel like you are sleeping on a Rock. If you want to enjoy the above mentioned experience try it once, you will never come back Dirty property

Hopeless and third grade management. I reached early at 10 am and they refused check in. Then they asked me to wait till 12 noon which is the official check un time. While I was waiting, the staff went away and even after 30 minutes no one turned up. I had to cancel the booking and book another hotel at very high rates.

one of the worst experience, first they said they will not allow after that they gave worst room AC not working and even fan also not working, they are not ready to show the room also and property not maintaining service boys alsodon't go for this property

Rooms not cleaned properly & bedsheets not washed. Improperly maintained bathrooms & rooms. Only one positive point is provided geaser in bathroom. I won't prefer for business traveler. I can prefer only for one night stay when other hotels are filled

There's no cleanliness in the room. not yet cleaned from the cupboards. When I check-in the room seems very thirty & getting bad smell & Cigarette 🚬 smell in bathroom. In my life this is the first worst property I checked-in.

oyo hotel kartikeya park view residencyhad not even provided the rooms to us, we had booked for two rooms and the time was also midnight, they said that they wont give for that price, we had suffered a lot at that time.
