Hotel O Raaso inn

This hotel was a good experience before but the last stay has been a hassle. Even if you book the hotel later when you reach reception they will ask for pending amount. has no options wherein one can pay half and half later but the hotel people will show you the pendency. I have booked but habe to 700 extra at the hotel as later again getting 130 amount as remaining. It was chaos instead requesting for early check in to resolve the issue the staff has been rude to understand or give us time. In the morning we waited for 3 hours to resolve this which is still not resolved. Please be assured before booking. As they push to book hotel directly. Also the room given has a bathroom in dirty condition. There are hairs lying and the pot not cleaned. It was horrible stay this time. I would request the hotel to work on their customer service and at least work on transparent billing.Even the food bill comes as a restaurant bill but there is no bifurcation.

itna kharab experience phele kabhi kisi simple dharamshala me bhi nhi hua hoga kisi ko bhi. hotel walo ne bill tak nhi dia hai.its totally waste to stay here . property is new but service is pathetic, rude manager . its 5 days they are just giving excuses. fraud hotel. very worst response. third class se bhi bekar.
