VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...STAFF WAS NOT COOPERATIVE..no Sanitization in rooms, no cleaning, smelling dirty toilets,. no mineral water no toiletries, no kitchenette, no induction, no intercom, no telephone. STAFF IS NOT EVEN READY TO LISTEN TO MY PROBLEMS... WHEN IM ASKING ABOUT MINERAL WATER THEY COST AND IT IS INCLUDED IN THE ROOM CHARGE.

Not recommended for booking. No santization. No cleanliness. Rooms are not at all as shown in the photos here. In my booking there was free complimentary breakfast but the hotel denied for the breakfast.
