Hotel O Royal Residency

What happened yesterday was absolutely intolerable I've made a booking in this hotel but when I reached the hotel the receptionist said someone else had made a bulk booking in the hotel and said rooms are not available for meI paid the tariff but I didn't get my roomIs this how your business is being doneIt was around 10 when I received the news from receptionist So I had none other options to book another room around 70 kms away This will be the last booking-that I'll be usingKindly maintain the standards or at least cope up with I needed refund as soon as possible also I need an explanation from your Side

horrible hotel. first, they were not confirming the booking. after multiple calls, they confirmed. when we reached the hotel, the door was open. they shared was not even the key of the room. the bed linen was so dirty. when we complained to the receptionist, who was a teenager, he was so arrogant and not ready to accept the problem. he again called someone else who asked to give a different room. the new room had a damaged socket and switches. i was in the fear of electrocuted anytime during the sleep. i am wondering if they have any process of housekeeping at all.

At first they denied the rooms, saying booking amount is low. had to wait at reception for half an hour to get the thing sorted out. very pathetic service, dirty linens, no elevator, no Bell boy to assist your luggage. rude staff. no hotwater in the bathroom. no intercom, broken switches..!! hotel situated in a gully, parking is bit far from the hotel, so you have to Park and carry your luggage all the way to hotel.

I recently stayed at the Royal Residency Via going to Munnar, My Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were also very friendly and helpful we reached in mid Night but still they attended us very happily and the location was perfect for exploring the city. value of money and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting here
