I mean if you need a place to sleep then here you go. Apart from that I would not keep my hopes high and the pics are definitely selling it when it was built. Hotel has seepage patches, tv ac doesn't work, soap stains on bathroom, light is crooked, patches on bedsheet with hair, no outside lock, no wifi and the shot goes on and on. If you are tourist looking for a good vacation I WOULD NOT COME HERE but at a emergency or a really quick sleep and move this works and its definitely not the worst at all.

Staff is very good & polite... although there are 2 problems in room, one water blockage on floor in bathroom and water shortage also in noon. 2nd problem is landline phone in my room not working, I have to call them with my cellphone. staff is very much helpful. if we talk about food..then experience is poor..No lunch available and even in morning also apart from Tea everything is tasteless.. hope they improve this soon. nice location and easy to access.

they don't have sofa in all room, instead they have sofa in two room in whole hotel, any ac is not working in those room , water was coming out from these acs ..room are very small and it is not well maintained..walls are painted

this time its an average... good staff but dripping water from AC and bad conditions of bathroom are negative..... overall average.. hopefully they will do it right landline and AC and bathrooms..

TV not working due to recharge. Light hannging position if ceiling fan On. Geaser was not working. Oyo 11005 hotel shanti palace, Agra. Mobile charging point was not working.

I had booked AC room but condition of room was not good as I expected, it was not properly clean even almirah was not clean to keep anything. Only room service was good.
