Hotel O Simran

The hotel location was pretty good but the cleaniness of the room was not good. Also there were rats in the room and smell was coming from the bed of rats. Also I have booked the room with break fast but the hotelier was saying that you will not get breakfast. I also shown the booking voucher with free breakfast but he was saying that it is wrongly written in the booking voucher. Though they gave breakfast which was not very good and quality was poor.

Condition of the hotel room was horrible Bathroom was full of odour That receptionist was not having manners.... How to talk......he was rude Smell of the room was horrible....and the receptionist tried to hide that smell with rose spray which he almost over sprinkled inside the room which made hard to breathe in room Bed sheets and quilt cover was dirty I think that disgusting hotel is defaming the name of the companies like Oyo..

I am staying here very first time while i have stayed above 75 hotels by ***. But i never seen this kind of hard mattress. Very uncomfortable sleeping experience. Hotel staff is supporting but they can't solve this problem. Bathrooms are very very small. Overall below to expectations.

Worst hotel i had ever visit in my life ,wastage of money,room was not properly cleaned,there was dirty and filthy smell in the room,receptionist not behaved well....
