Hotel O Sree Lakshmi Residency

After I had booked the room, the receptionist told me to pay extra Rs. 800/-. The matter was resolved after I called customer care, but by then it had already wasted my two hours. So if u r booking this hotel then be ready to either pay extra sum as demanded by the receptionist or waste your time in calling customer care. Receptionist was rude too. After we checked out, he did not allow us to keep our luggage with them even for half an hour. Room and bathroom was small and congested. Mattress had plastic cover and bedsheet material was polyester, so it slipped over the mattress. By the time we got up in the morning we found ourselves sleeping on the mattress plastic cover because the bedsheet had slipped during the sleep. There is no food facility at the hotel. Also the floor was not clean.

This is the worst experience I had in my life all I have paid the room rent and after visiting the hotel they are not ready to allocate the room for the price which I paid and asked to cancel that booking and book the same in there lodge directly for double price, don't book any oyo rooms never do that mistake.

Really worst experience..... room was dirty nd not clean... bad smell in room, wash room is worst, nd staff also rude waste of money....
