first of all it's located in nice location. not satisfied with the amenities which they provided during my stayed, extension is not working at all during my all 3 days stay. room service is not up to the marks. hotel staff behavior is good with us. hotel is located in a nice place to explore all the main area.

Cleanliness was a major issue. Tata Sky did not pick up any signal. Hot water was not coming from wash basin. Room heater was provided on request. Food quality could be improved. Seems like there is only one person for room service who worked really hard. Stay was average but not value for money.

The hotel is not as per oyo standard and also not as per my expectation. Worst experience ever regarding cleaning, window covers and other aminities. Please help us to shift to another near by oyo property. You can get the attached images.

value for money hotel. staff is really polite and eager to help. location is not very far from dalhousie...a 15-20 min bus ride from a nearby bus stand will take you dalhousie.
